Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, we are tailoring our classes and schedule to meet government guidelines and criteria.

We are currently running private classes online (and only private sessions in person).

We hold a variety of trauma informed classes; Hatha, Vinyasa, Restorative, Tantric Hatha, Prenatal & Postpartum Yoga and Yin Practice.

Classes are personally tailored to your individual needs, and are suitable for absolute beginners to advanced practitioners. 

PRIVATE CLASSES

You can book single classes, or a bundle of 5 classes. If you book a private class bundle of 5, you will receive one free session.

- 1 hour 15 mins - $20 (single session) / $100 (6 sessions)

- 1 hour 30 min - $25 (single session) / $125 (6 sessions)

CONSCIOUS COMMUNITY DISCOUNTS

Discount is available for those in need of Yoga, but who are not able to afford our full fees.

Please directly contact us for information, if you truly find yourself in this situation.

We believe that Yoga is for all, and should always be available for all.

HATHA YOGA

In Hatha Yoga we utilize various Yogic practices to balance body, mind and soul. By mindfully controlling our body and senses we are able to achieve a peaceful state of connection, or 'Union'.

The pace is slower and gentler, than a 'typical' Vinyasa practice, and we stay in the postures (asanas) for static holds. 

VINYASA YOGA

During the Vinyasa Flow classes we mindfully dance from one asana to another, with the breath as our ultimate guide. The pace is typically more energetic than a Hatha class. 

RESTORATIVE YOGA & YIN PRACTICE

Restorative Yoga & Yin Practice combines the deeper connective tissue work of Yin Practice, in a restorative and relaxing paradigm. We passively hold the postures for over 3 minutes in order to unwind the body and mind - cultivating a deeper exploration to The True Self, whilst simultaneously working on flexibility and circulation.

This is the perfect class to literally release and let go in all ways!

TANTRIC HATHA YOGA

Tantric Hatha combines the postures of Hatha Yoga whilst working more specifically with energy. We utilize the energy centres of the body, along with the polarities of energy, to shift and channel prana through the body. Whilst still being a gently paced practice, the static holds are for over 2 minutes, which results in the practice being active and powerful - the perfect combination of Yin and Yang!

PRENATAL & POSTPARTUM YOGA

Prenatal Yoga is a beautiful practice which prepares mother and child for the journey ahead; physically, mentally and emotionally.

Classes cater for physical and practical preparations for birth, along with being an important bonding tool - where time is especially dedicated to the health of both mother and child.

Various Yogic practices are used to benefit body, mind & soul during the blessed gift of pregnancy.

Postpartum Yoga is a tailored restorative and strengthening practice used to facilitate healing after birth, along with being an excellent benefit to physical, mental and emotional health.

In Prenatal & Postpartum we cultivate a deeper connection to stillness, and remove veils in order to come back to The True Self.
